The council has closed the Powells Creek grounds for training tonight (Tuesday 30 March) due to wet weather.

Tonight UTS Gridiron will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 6pm, followed by 2009 Division One presentation night from 7pm. Ashfield Hotel is located at 204 Liverpool Road, Ashfield. See you all there!

Friday night scores were Titans (36) vs Predators (8) at Pennant Hills. For the Kymeegah game scores were Spartans (32) vs Raiders (20).

The UTS Titans defeat the Trojans 30 points to 6 at Pennant Hills on Friday Night and the UTS Spartans took victory over the Mustangs 36 points to 12 on Saturday afternoon.

The UTS Titans completed the first leg of the double by putting together a game winning drive on their last possession to defeat the Sydney University Cubs 18 to 16 on Friday night.

Then on Saturday the UTS Spartans took to the road for their Round 2 clash with the Central Coast Sharks at Buff Point and put together a solid team effort in the second half to take victory 28 to 20 in warm conditions.

The UTS Titans take on the West Sydney Trojans at Pennant Hills Hockey Friday 5th March. While the UTS Spartans head South to take on the Wollongong Mustangs Saturday 6th March.

‘O’ Day is run by the UTS Union and is held at Building 1, City campus, 9am-4pm 23 February.

On 13 March the club will be holding our Annual General Meeting. All executive and committee member positions will be vacated by the current members, and will need to be voted back in if they choose to continue within those roles. New candidates may also nominate themselves to join the voting process.
