Present Australia is arranging a trip for American High School Athletes to play gridiron in Australia, and are looking for approximately 12 young Aussie players to be apart of this game. There is also an opportunity for coaches to be involved.

The 22 visiting American players are from a variety of states and have no prior game experience with each other or the American coaching staff. The week leading up to the game will be used for practice sessions so this exhibition game can take place. A coaches clinic will be run by the visitors for people with an AGCA accreditation for one weeknight.

The game will be played on Sunday July 4th at Homebush Athletics Track at 12pm. Practice times will depend on the availability of interested players and coaches.

Due to lack of teams, the 2003 Juniors season has been cancelled. The club & NSW Gridiron Football League hope to introduce a Flag competition later in the year. Watch the site, or contact us email info to register your interest.

Juniors (must be at least 13 by 1-Jan-03, cannot turn 17 in 2003) and Colts (must be 16 by 1-Jan-03, cannot turn 20 in 2003) will play from April to Jun.

Colts: Dennis Caceres (Head Coach, caceresd or 0414 667 126), Mark Jacobs (Assistant) & Lewis Astridge (Assistant).

The UTS Juniors have played their last game against Bondi ending their season in a thrilling 6-6 draw. Unfortunatly the Juniors place 5th after unluckily drawing the 3 teams that eventually finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd to play twice during the season. Our congratulations go out to the UTS Juniors side for an excellent season and we hope many more to come.
