This is everyone’s chance to start pushing weights in preparation for the 2005 Division One season. It’s important for us all to gain strength and be quicker off the mark to make us all better players. It’s also a great way to keep together and socialize with your team mates.
These sessions will be held every Monday and Thursday nights through to preseason training. The first gym training sessions start at 7:00pm on Monday, 14th February, at Burwood Police Boys Club, 17 Deane Street, Burwood, NSW, 2134. There is a $30 joining fee (one-time payment for the year) plus $6.50 per session or $39 a month.
