Trip to Kernell

14 August 2004 by archive. Posted in Division One News.

Today’s training was an alternative fitness session held at Kurnell. The Division One team met for brunch at Cronulla Beach Kiosk at South Cronulla Beach. We went through some theory and plays at Kurnell Public School Oval at 11:00. By 12:30pm, the team ran the Kurnell sand dunes. The guys had a lot of fun running and sliding down the steep dunes. A team meeting was held at 2:00 and a free barbecue followed. Some stayed overnight at the Silverbeach Caravan Park in Kurnell and returned home the next day. It was a really fun day. Thanks to all the organizers and people of Kurnell who helped make the day a memorable one.
