UTS Gridiron is seeking coaches for the 2004 season. Interested coaches should complete the application form and forward to treasurer (details are on the form). Applications are due by close of business on Friday, 30 January 2004.

All Players need to bring your equipment down to Wentworth Park THIS SATURDAY (6th December) from 10am - 12 noon. Your $50 deposit returned to you. If you do not return equipment on this date you will NOT be refunded your deposit.

Head Coach Paul Manera announced that he has accepted a coaching opportunity in Iowa in 2004. UTS Gridiron extends Paul the very best wishes with the new opportunity.

Save money on your Fees! Equipment Cleaning will be at the home of John “Porridge” Kritikos this Sunday 13 July, starting at 10:30am. Players that help with the cleaning will be entitled to a reduction in their fees.

For those who may not know UTS didn’t submit a team in the Arena competition, due to the cost and the tight time frame set down in organizing a team. The club executive felt that a joint venture with Sydney University was a more appropriate way to go.

If you are interested in playing the Arena Football competition at the end of the year, a meeting is being held to discuss try outs with the Sydney Uni Arena team: Thursday 10 July at 7.30pm at the Arena building (near the main oval at Sydney Uni). Topics to be discussed include the tournament (costs, fundraising, team off field apparel, training nights, coaches, etc).
