The NSW Department of Sport and Recreation are hosting a new round of Level 1 General Principles Coaching Courses:
The Dates, Times and Venues are as follows:

You must RSVP and have made arrangements with Matt Steel to pay for the Awards Night by Wednesday, 13-Feb-02. The Division 1 awards night will be held Saturday, 23-Feb-02. The sit-down function will be held at the UTS Gallery Function Centre, Level 6 of the Broadway campus. Price includes a 3 course meal. Partners, friends and family are welcome. After the meal and awards we will head up the road to the Friend In Hand hotel.

Coach Manera will be holding a preseason “weights orientation” evening at the gym at Homebush. Come along and get an overview of the correct weight-lifting methods & techniques. This is a great opportunity to ask questions as you head into your preseason weights & fitness regime.
