Pre-season Training

Fitness training sessions are held each Wednesday at Taplin Park, in Drummoyne.

All participants are expected to be ready to go at 7:30pm sharp!  This means aim to be there between 7:00pm and 7:15pm so there are no excuses for being late. Initially Saturday training will be held at Wentworth Park, Ultimo. Sessions will run from from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. Again sessions start at 2:00 PM sharp, so aim to be there from 1:30pm.
